It's with a heavy heart that I must share with you that UpBeat Fitness is suspending SHiNE classes in Victoria indefinitely.
I want to thank everyone who has been on this amazing journey with me and embracing SHiNE with it's upbeat, positive, inclusive and fun atmosphere. You all rocked it!! Our Victoria SHiNE tribe has been my happy place this past year or so. I really hope we can continue to SHiNE together.
As I am relocating to Saskatoon, I will offer online classes starting in September from my new home. Hopefully you can join me then in continuing our crazy awesome kick ass workout together.
I will also start in-person classes in Saskatoon starting in September. An amazing dance studio there awaits us at Dance Alive Studios! I will provide all the details as the schedule gets confirmed.
